Visionary
Landscapes
paintings by
Golden True
of Huntington, Vermont
For Golden True, art is a visionary activity that considers the world beyond the known, the unseen subtleties of life, to shape evolution through the power of vision.
"My effort," says Mr, True, "is to infuse my paintings with an ethereal atmosphere that suggests that fleeting nature of life. I hope to create a ‘sheltering quality’ in my landscapes that can give the viewer a feeling of coming home."
Gestural marks, and unrestrained and electrified colors, establish an unfinished world in Mr. True’s artwork, which allows each viewer to find a peaceful sanctuary within, in which a personal resolution may be discovered.
